News Example

To provide website area news that can be updated from the web:

  1. Change the $area_id in news.php to that of your news area.
    (Contact web@eku.edu if you need help determining your $area_id)
  2. Follow the New Page Instructions for news.php.

To include an area news RSS feed:

  1. Change the $area_id in rss.php to that of your news area.
  2. Change the $HOMEURL in rss.php to that of your website.
  3. Change show_dept_news() function calls to show_dept_news_rss().

Don't forget to remove these instructions from news.php!
